Weight Loss Printable Pack That Will Help You Get Healthy
Before getting into what’s inside the Weight Loss Printable Pack, I want to help you (and me!) reach your weight loss goals by going over some weight loss tips! 🙂
#1 Weight Loss Tip
Think long-term not short-term.
It’s so easy to think about losing weight by the end of this week or for that next major event coming up. But what happens next week and after the event is over?
Think about losing weight and keeping it off for good.
#2 Weight Loss Tip
Aim for mostly instead of always.
Go for a day of mostly great eating and don’t get hung up on the moment you caved. Think about your week as a whole and aim to eat well and move a lot throughout the week and don’t feel bad if you feel like you failed on one of the days.
Mostly healthy is better than always unhealthy. Mostly trying is better than always giving up.
#3 Weight Loss Tip
Look for the good and ignore the bad.
It can be super easy to get down when you are on a weight loss journey. Try your best to find the good in something and don’t harp on the bad in everything.
If you exercised more today than the same day last week, awesome, be grateful for your effort! If you said “no” to that cookie sample while you were shopping at Costco, woohoo, you’re a rock star!
Gratitude for any progress on your weight loss journey will help you make even more progress.
#4 Weight Loss Tip
The only magic pill might be your bed.
Get sleep!
If you don’t get enough sleep you’re more likely to want to eat extra food to make you feel better, you’re more likely to want to get that calorie-full drink to pep you up, and you’re more likely to get grumpy about your weight loss journey.
#5 Weight Loss Tip
Change is your secret sauce.
Don’t get bored with your weight loss goals! If you are working out (hopefully!) try various workouts, so you don’t get stuck in the too-comfortable-zone.
If you’re eating healthy foods, make sure you’re always looking for new healthy food ideas that will keep you excited about your healthy meals.
Boredom might have contributed to your weight gain so don’t let it intrude on your weight loss journey.
#6 Weight Loss Tip
Be prepared for snack attacks.
You know those times of day when you probably don’t have to eat, but you feel like you will die if you don’t?! If you have times of day that are a danger zone for your waistline, plan for it!
Have some healthy options in your purse, stuff your desk drawers with healthy snacks, and put foods that you want to remind yourself to eat in the front of your refrigerator, so you see them as soon as you go hunting.
Don’t try to be super strong with willpower against snacking, just take away temptation and empower better choices.
#7 Weight Loss Tip
Prepare for leaving the house.
If you eat out, if you go to a party, if you are ever putting yourself in position to be tempted in ways that could hurt your weight loss goals, prepare for the damage that could be done.
Decide what you’ll order at restaurants before you arrive, eat healthy before you arrive at the party, and make sure you bring stuff you know you want to eat to that family gathering or potluck.
Preparation can save you a lot of calories.
#8 Weight Loss Tip
Look at your liquids.
As a general rule, drink more water and drink less of everything else. Water can boost your metabolism, make you feel full, and can give you all your body needs with zero calories!
Keep clear on your weight loss goals and gulp down the clear stuff.
#9 Weight Loss Tip
Stand up!
Standing burns more calories than sitting but it also can keep you more alert, make you feel more confident, and encourage you to move when you might otherwise be tempted to remain motionless on the couch.
Stand more at home, stand more at work, stand more when you go to appointments.
Take a stand for your health.
#10 Weight Loss Tip
Find the fun.
Trying to get to somewhere that seems so far away can quickly make a person want to give up. Look for ways to add fun to your weight loss journey any way you can.
Print off some healthy quotes and post them all over the place. Do a workout that excites you. Try new recipes; have you tried Korean food?!
Keeping your weight loss goals in mind all the time but also living life to the fullest and allowing yourself to enjoy everything you’re doing for yourself will help you stick to your weight loss plan and reach your healthy weight!
Okay, so those are some great weight loss tips for some major weight loss inspiration for when times are tough and for guidance as you plan your weight loss journey!

Weight Loss Printable Pack: Inspiring Quote Printable Pages
Some of the weight loss printables that I designed are what I consider the inspiration pages.
I took some inspiring words, set them in a pretty font, and placed some gorgeous flowers above them so you can feel cheered on during your weight loss journey!
If you scroll down, you’ll see a picture of the Never Give Up wall art printable, so you can see an example of what comes in the Weight Loss Printable Pack!
The Weight Loss Printable Pack quote pages are your go-to, ready-made, built-in inspiration that will give you that moment of motivation when you need it most!
Weight Loss Printable Pack: Weigh-In Printable Pages
Next up, I want to tell you about the weigh-in printable pages. These are the heart of this Weight Loss Printable Pack.
Accountability, knowledge, and consistency all play into why a person should consider weighing themselves if they want to lose weight.
Some studies show that when people have frequent weigh-ins, they are more likely to lose weight. Seeing the real numbers for yourself so you’re not guessing your weight helps you keep your goal in mind, helps you know if your plan is working, and can be a visual reminder of where you want to get to.
Within this Weight Loss Printable Pack, there are three options for weigh-in printables. There’s a Daily Weigh-In printable, a Weekly Weigh-In printable, and a Monthly Weigh-In printable.
You could use just one or use them all! Your choice!
The daily printable has enough boxes for two weeks worth of daily weigh-in tracking so after that you can just print off another sheet and begin again.
The weekly printable has space for twelve weeks worth of weekly weigh-in tracking so if you want to use both the daily printable and the weekly printable you could put in your weekly weight after every seven days of use from the daily printable.
I think weekly weigh-ins is the most popular, but I haven’t done an official poll, just my guess.
The monthly printable has space for twelve months (the entire year) worth of monthly weigh-in tracking so this can give you a great picture of how your weight shifts with the seasons and all year long!
Also, all the weigh-in printables have space for adding notes, and in this notes section you may want to take note of any personal events that may impact your number on the scale such as your time of the month, if you get sick, parties attending, seasonal celebrations, or days that you fast.
If you have a scale that shows you your body fat percentage you could record that number in the notes section as well.
You could also use the notes section for tracking how you feel, as in your mood, or you could make notes on your workout for that day/week/month, or you could track your water, or you could even write down words of encouragement for yourself or draw happy faces. 🙂
The Weight Loss Printable Pack weigh-in pages are designed for you to see with your own eyes how your weight loss journey is going in real numbers.
Sometimes writing down the number that shows up on the scale can be the motivation we need to pass on that cookie and decide to go for an extra walk today.
If you're ready to make your health a priority and want to finally lose those pounds that have been weighing you down, this is the printable pack for you! 10+ PAGES of inspiring quotes, weight tracking, goal-setting, and even a place to list your rewards because sometimes that's what keeps us going! Weight Loss Printable Pack: Motivation Printable Page
Do you ever read about setting goals and people say something about knowing “your why” and making sure you’re clear on why you’re trying to do something?
That is the purpose of the motivation printable page in the Weight Loss Printable Pack.
You might be thinking, well I want to lose weight because I want to fit into my clothes again, or so you can look great at that wedding, or maybe you have to lose weight for surgery.
Actually taking time to write down your motivation for losing weight can be what gets you through the hard days. Those days when you feel sad and want to fill up your emotions with some ice cream can be easier to withstand (and easier to ignore the ice cream) if you are clear on why you are working so hard to lose weight.
This page might be the most important page in the entire Weight Loss Printable Pack because your ultimate reason for putting down that cupcake, running that extra mile, and saying “no” to that binge session might all rest on “why” you want to lose weight.
I’d encourage you to be really honest with yourself on this page and put down exactly what your motivation for losing weight is.
You could also draw pictures, paste pictures of yourself when you were more healthy, or put in pictures of your kids as a reminder of your motivation for your weight loss journey.
The Weight Loss Printable Pack motivation page is created for you to have a physical reminder of why you’re working so hard to get healthy.
Weight Loss Printable Pack: Goals Printable Page
I bet you have a number in mind when it comes to your weight loss goal.
Setting a goal for your weight loss might be the easiest part of the entire weight loss process for some people.
Maybe you could get more specific with your goals though?
On this goal page in the Weight Loss Printable Pack, you could write down your ultimate goal weight, but you could also perhaps write in how much you want to lose each month or week.
Or you could use this weight loss printable to write down how you want to feel after you lose weight or how many inches you want your waist to be, or you could write down how many miles you want to be able to run.
A quick tip: If you do write down a big number as in you want to lose 100 pounds or so, you could write that down at the top of the printable and then move backwards from there writing down smaller goals such as by Christmas lose XX and by your birthday lose XX or lose five pounds every month leading up to that 100.
The more realistic, specific steps you have set down as mini goals leading up to your ultimate goal, the more chances you have of weight loss success.
The Weight Loss Printable Pack goals page is a place for you to jot down all the goals you want to achieve; no goal is too big, and no dream is too dreamy.
Weight Loss Printable Pack: Action Printable Pages
Action! Not much is going to happen in the way of achieving your goals if you don’t take action!
So, right in the middle of the Weight Loss Printable Pack, between the weight loss goal printable and the weight loss achievement printable, are the weight loss action printables!
Yep, you gotta do something to get something! 🙂
I created three different options for you to choose from, and I personally like using all three, but I design my printables with the ideas of choice in mind, so you are free to choose the printables that work best for you and your weight loss goals!
There is a daily action printable page, a weekly action printable page, and a monthly action printable page.
These weight loss printables are intended for you to write down actionable steps you can take to achieve your goals.
For instance, on the daily, you may want to drink ten glasses of water, eat two salads, and get 8 hours of sleep. Weekly you may want to jog two miles, eat no more than one dessert, and read some books. Your monthly weight loss actions might look something like going on a hike every weekend, trying two new workouts during the month, and meal prepping every Sunday.
These weight loss printables force you to think about what actual actions you’ll be taking to lose weight, they help you make your dreams into real plans and help you see if you are actually taking steps (literal steps) in the right direction.
Whatever you put on the action weight loss printable, it should be something that someone else could literally see you doing during the day.
The Weight Loss Printable Pack action pages are designed for you to create clear steps to your weight loss success that can be achieved daily, weekly, and/or monthly thereby helping you plan, track, and realize your weight loss goals.

Printable Tips for Playing Perfect Printables!
Here are my top tips for making the most of my printables! 🙂
#1 Print what you love!
I purposely create my printable packs with options built-in!
I love options so usually my printable packs are 10+ pages (often way more than that!) and one of the reasons I make so many pages is to meet the preferences of various folks!
Sometimes there are multiple designs of the same printable, and sometimes I make various types of printables on the same concept.
The main idea (and major advantage!) of my printable packs is you can print just the pages you love and need at the moment!
You don’t have to print every page, just print what works for you!
This can save you time, ink (which saves money) and helps you make the printables adjust to your needs. 🙂
#2 When you do print, I suggest considering the printer, the ink, and the paper.
Your printed printable might look different than mine due to our different printers, ink, and paper.
Of course, the higher quality printer, ink, and paper, the higher quality of the final product.
Given all the modern advances in printing though there’s a good chance that no matter what you’re using to print you’ll probably love the results.
Here’s the printer I use and LOVE!!! (it’s totally worth all those exclamation marks): The Wireless EcoTank All-in-One with Cartridge-Free Printing and Auto Doc Feeder
- I’m so crazy about this printer because it has cartridge-free printing (!) which means I am never messing with those ink cartridges AND the ink it uses lasts for sooooooooo long I feel like I will never run out!
- The printer came with ink that might last years (I’ll have to give an update when I run out, but so far I think the ink is going to last a super long time!)!
- The ink (that is included) can print up to 14,000 pages black/11,200 color (that’s sooooooooo much!!) which is equivalent to about 30 ink cartridge sets!
Wow, I hope I make 11,000 pages of printables so I can put this awesome printer to the full test LOL!
As far as paper, I usually use whatever is a good deal: Here are paper deals on Amazon.
BUT I know a lot of people prefer and suggest to print their printables (especially wall art) on high-quality card stock: Here are some card stock options.
Again, printing results vary so use the printer, ink, and paper that will get you the results you want. 🙂
#3 Think about displaying your printable.
In most of my printable packs, there are quotes throughout (because quotes are amazing!).
If you want to display any of the printable quotes here are some tips:
- You could use a magnet to display the printable on your refrigerator!
- You could use the printable quotes for binder covers or as dividers!
- If you want to make a binder of one of my printable packs a great way to start the binder is using a quote printable as the binder cover and/or using quotes as dividers throughout the binder!
- Here are some lightweight divider tabs you could use to separate the pages.
- You could hang the printables on a vision board or cork board!
- You could frame the wall art printables and display them on your wall, desk, or counter.
#4 Think about organizing your printable pack.
The best way to make the most of your free printables is to use them!
To help you start using your printables, you might want to get them organized and put them in a binder that you then place on your desk or in your office, so you remember to use them as you originally intended.
If you want to organize a printable pack here are some tips:
- Put the printables in a binder so you can stay neat and organized.
- Keep the various sections separated.
- Consider protecting the pages.
- Consider the pens you write with on the printables.
*Bonus* You might wanna look around at other blog posts because I have all sorts of FREE printables all over this blog!
